how to make sausage
Do you want to know how to make sausage? No problem, soon you will know about it 🙂

This is a request that I have received more and more often. Since my site was only available in the German language so far, I responded by creating my new page www.how-to-make-sausage.com. In this way, I would like to pass on my now vast wealth of experience to people from the English-speaking world. There are good instructions on how to make sausage and homemade sausage recipes on this page. I know because of the many requests how popular the German sausage is also abroad, especially in America and Canada.

The site is still under construction, but in the course of the next few weeks and months, I will be constantly expanding it with more homemade sausage recipes and instructions. It is always worthwhile to stop by. If you have questions or suggestions, please contact me, so I can better meet your needs and wishes.

My goal is to show as many people as possible „how to make sausage“.

Because there is nothing like good homemade sausage and the good feeling to know exactly what’s in the sausage you just eat. A good sausage should be free of chemicals and additives and taste like in the good old days. Because the people who made it earlier were getting older and threatened to die out, I decided to keep all the knowledge and the good homemade sausage recipes from being forgotten. That’s why I created this German page (www.wurst-rezept.de) in 2011.

Now I want people from other nations to know about this and benefit from the old craftsmanship. In Germany Austria and Switzerland, I have been able to show countless people and convey how everything is done and how to make sausage with success. This is proven by all the many comments and positive feedback that I am fulfilling with great joy and pride. soon you too can become part of the ever-growing community of people who are full of joy making sausage themselves using good old homemade sausage recipes. The necessary instructions and recipes you get on my side. I wish you much fun and enjoyment making sausage and when the sausage is done: Bon appetite 🙂
